Air Conditioning Sales Consultant

Due to continued growth, Simmonds Heating and Cooling is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in Edwardstown. In this exciting role, you’ll help customers find the best air-conditioning solutions for their homes while driving sales and contributing to our team’s success.

What you’ll be doing

Engage with customers both in-home and in our Edwardstown showroom to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions.

Prepare accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner.

Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and home builders.

Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits.

Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.

Collaborate with the wider Simmonds team to achieve targets and sales goals.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.

What we’re looking for

An energetic, self-motivated team player with strong customer service skills.

Previous sales experience in HVAC or a similar industry (preferred but not essential).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
