Retail Sales Consultant — Victor Harbor Mitsubishi (Full-time, Permanent)

Join the Fleurieu Motor Group family — Victor Harbor Mitsubishi is looking for a motivated New Mitsubishi Retail Sales Consultant to join our tight-knit dealership on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula. You’ll use your sales ability and customer-first approach to deliver great outcomes for customers while helping grow our Mitsubishi vehicle footprint in Victor Harbor.

The role — what you’ll be doing

Generate and convert new business leads (walk-ins, phone, digital enquiries and active prospecting).

Nurture relationships with current and future customers to build lifetime value.

Provide an outstanding customer experience from first contact through delivery and follow-up.

Maintain and manage your sales pipeline to consistently hit monthly targets and KPIs.

Keep up to date with Mitsubishi product knowledge — be the subject matter expert for your customers.

Work closely with the dealership team (finance, PDC, service) to ensure seamless handovers and happy customers.

While maintaining Mitsubishi as your priority you will also have the opportunity to cross sell our other brands: Toyota, Hyundai and FMG’s Used vehicle range

About you — what we’re looking for

Previous automotive sales experience is highly regarded but not essential — we’ll train the right person.

A proven drive to meet (and beat) targets and KPIs.

Exceptional people skills and a genuine customer-first mindset.

Strong verbal and written communication; confident negotiator.

Commercial awareness and the ability to influence outcomes.

Current Australian driver’s licence (essential).

A proactive, organised, “make it happen” attitude.
