Are you a passionate salesperson with exceptional customer service skills?
As a Showroom Sales Consultant - Bathroomware at Adelaide Bathroom And Kitchen Supplies', you'll play a crucial role in showcasing and selling our premium bathroom products and solutions to our discerning customers.
This is a full-time position based in our Dernancourt showroom.

What you'll be doing

Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through our extensive range of bathroom fixtures, fittings and accessories

Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, offering expert advice and tailored solutions

Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and outstanding product knowledge

Process customer orders and liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and installation

Maintain the showroom to the highest standards, ensuring it is well-presented and stocked at all times

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches and competitive offerings

Contribute to the overall success of the business by providing feedback and ideas for improvement

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the bathroom/kitchen retail or construction industry

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Strong product knowledge and the desire to continuously learn about the latest bathroom trends and innovations

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide tailored solutions

A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and exceeding sales targets

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Hours week 1: Monday - Friday 8:54am - 5pm & Sunday 12pm - 4pm
Hours week 2: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm & Sunday 12pm - 4pm
76 hours per fortnight. Every 2nd Friday off
Saturdays & Public Holidays off

We're closed between Christmas & New Years (for 2+ weeks)
