About the role

Due to five new VW models being released over the next 6 months, we seek a self-motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our Hawthorn VW Sales team.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your role will be focused on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining a strong knowledge of Solitaire's products and services as well as providing uncompromised customer service.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Automotive Sales Consultant who has exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

Your sole focus is to enhance the reputation of the company at every opportunity when interacting with a customer.

We are also looking for a talented individual who has strong communication skills, takes an excellent approach to their work, and is highly motivated.

Time management and the ability to follow and learn new processes will be key to the success of this role.

Unlimited On Target Earnings plus Company Car & Superannuation. Base salary of $60,000 plus commissions, expected OTE $100k+

A Full Australian Drivers Licence is required for the role. Learners and Provisional permits cannot be considered at this time.

Due to the nature of our customer-centric environment, the successful applicant will be required to work Saturday's and to compensate for this time there will be a rostered day off during the week.
