Responsibilities:

Handling customer enquiries

Delivering outstanding customer service to our customers

Providing product knowledge, advice and solutions to our customers

Accurate data entry and maintenance

Manage Contractor Inductions and ensure compliance with site protocols

Liaise effectively with Centre Management, Security, Cleaning staff and Retailers

The idea candidate will have the following skills and expertise:

Previous Customer Service experience

Excellent data entry skills

Impeccable phone manner & communication skills

Attention to detail

In-depth knowledge of the local area to assist with providing assistance to customers
