Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our client’s team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to work in aviation and be part of a dynamic environment.
Customer Service Role
What you’ll do:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in and boarding
Process travel documents, allocate seating, and issue boarding passes
Provide clear communication during disruptions
Passenger marshalling and gate assistance
What we’re looking for:
Professional presentation and strong communication skills
Computer proficiency
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts between 5:00am – 11:00pm
Able to complete 2 weeks full-time training
Willingness to obtain ASIC card and pass pre-employment checks
Please note: Applicants on Student VISAs (Subclass 500) cannot be considered.
