Start Date: 13 October 2025
End Date: 26 June 2026 (with potential for extension)
Rate: $35.15 per hour
Locations: Bathurst, Newcastle, Wollongong
Hours: 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Rotational shifts between 8:00am – 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced contact center
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across finance, HR, payroll, and IT-related queries
• Use discretion and confidentiality while managing sensitive information
• Escalate complex matters to the appropriate internal teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs
• Navigate multiple systems and platforms confidently

Additional Requirements

• Must be available for full-time training on-site for the first 4–5 weeks
• Willingness to work on a rotating roster (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–6:00pm)
• Typing test (alphanumerical) required – results must be submitted with application
• Two references (To be completed if offered)
