Customer Service Officer (Barthurst, Wollongong & Newcastle)

Rate: $35.15 per hour
Locations: Bathurst, Newcastle, Wollongong
Hours: 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Rotational shifts between 8:00am – 6:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced contact center
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across finance, HR, payroll, and IT-related queries
- Use discretion and confidentiality while managing sensitive information
- Escalate complex matters to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs
- Navigate multiple systems and platforms confidently
Additional Requirements
- Must be available for full-time training on-site for the first 4–5 weeks
- Willingness to work on a rotating roster (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–6:00pm)
- Typing test (alphanumerical) required – results must be submitted with application
- Two references (To be completed if offered)
