Bella Modular are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee procurement, scheduling, and delivery of our modular projects from start to finish. This is a senior role working closely with the GM and leadership team to ensure every project runs on time, on budget, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee procurement of all materials and services.

Manage construction schedules for on-time, on-budget delivery.

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate work.

Negotiate pricing and supply agreements.

Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and company standards.

Resolve on-site or supply chain issues quickly.

About You:

Construction management or procurement experience in the building industry.

Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
