In this role, you will manage the full range of property management activities including leasing and portfolio operations. Your efforts will be instrumental in ensuring properties are managed to the highest standards while meeting company goals, compliance requirements, and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities

Property Management & Leasing

Lead the leasing process for residential properties, from advertising through to execution, ensuring minimal vacancy and maximised rental income.

Conduct regular property inspections and maintain maintenance schedules to protect asset value and ensure tenant satisfaction.

Oversee tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and lease compliance, ensuring a smooth experience for both tenants and property owners.

Ensure timely rent collection, arrears management, and adherence to financial processes in line with company policies and legislation.

Business Development (Optional)

Only for those who are motivated by growing the business and their earning capacity:

Proactively identify and secure new management opportunities to grow the property portfolio in line with company targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and local businesses to generate leads and secure long-term partnerships.

Prepare and present property proposals and tailored management service packages for prospective clients.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and enhance the company’s value proposition.

What We’re Looking For:

Expertise and proven success as a successful and experienced property manager.

Strong understanding of Queensland property legislation and real estate compliance requirements.

Previous experience working within a property agency, real estate group, or corporate real estate team.

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A current Real Estate Certificate or License (as required in Queensland).
