Coast Property Co. is a boutique real estate agency in the heart of Maroochydore. We are looking for a bright, well-presented and self-motivated person to join our dynamic team in the role of Property Manager.

This is a fast-paced Monday to Friday role (9am - 4.30pm) working in a small and efficient team encompassing a wide range of tasks and you will play an essential role in property management operations across our properties.

What you'll be doing

· Conducting regular property inspections and coordinating maintenance and repairs

· Handling all tenant-related matters and addressing any issues or concerns

· Maintaining detailed property records and providing regular reports to landlords

· Exit & entry inspections (Assistant property manager supported)

· Liaising with contractors, tradespeople, and other service providers to ensure the properties are well-maintained

· Adhering to all relevant legislation and regulations governing residential property management

· Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants

What we're looking for

· At least 1 years of experience in residential property management.

· Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively via phone & email

· Proficient in using property management software and other relevant digital tools

· A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

· A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service
