Midland Realty Group have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Property Management team, on a full time basis as an Assistant Property Manager.

We are looking for a committed and self-motivated person to take on the responsibilities of Property Management with a view to learn and progress alongside experienced property managers.

The Role

Based from our St Leonards/Chatswood office, you will be working with a Senior Property Manager. Here you will work across a range of tasks including:

Your key duties will include:

· Assisting tenants with enquiries and maintenance requests

· Supporting Property Managers with day to day administration

· Coordinating trades and follow ups to ensure timely service

· Handling phone, email, and walk-in enquiries with professionalism

· Maintaining a welcoming and organised office environment

· Building positive tenant relationships that reflect the Midland experience

The Essentials:

You will have at least 1 years experience across leasing or property management. More than anything you will have the will for property, we can teach the skill. The willingness to immerse yourself in an environment of learning and assist wherever you can is of paramount importance, as is your career.

A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle

A high level of organisational and prioritising skills

Strong customer service and communication skills
