Your new role
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:

• Monthly consolidated financial reporting and board packs
  
• Multi-jurisdictional (US and EU) accounting, including FX translation
  
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  
• ASX and statutory financial reporting (annual, half-yearly, quarterly)
  
• Oversight of payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and tax compliance (PAYG, BAS, VAT, FBT) Liaison with outsourced EU accountants and internal teams (Sales, Customer Success)
  
• Management of one direct report
  
• Coordination of audit processes and R&D rebate claims
  
• Ensuring systems, processes, and documentation are fit-for-purpose and compliant
  

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be CPA/CA qualified with experience in a similar role, ideally in a hands-on, small to medium environment. Experience in software/ASX listed entities will be highly regarded but not essential.
