Recruitment Services deliver a range of solutions to source and select the best front-line talent for our department. Our team is made up of passionate, quick-thinking individuals who deliver exceptional service.

As the Recruitment Officer, you will join the Campaigns Recruitment team and support end-to-end selection processes and high-volume recruitment campaign delivery. You will:

Coordinate candidate communications and related administrative activities

Manage onboarding processes for new starters to work in critical frontline and corporate roles

Work closely with Recruitment Advisors to assist with administrative tasks related to high-volume recruitment selection processes.

About you

You're a team player who takes pride in collaborating with other people to deliver a seamless candidate experience. You bring experience across key recruitment tasks, such as;

advertising, screening, scheduling, administering interviews,

supporting face-to-face assessments including assessment centres, and

completing a range of security checks for candidates.

Other unique or supporting skills, such as knowledge of best practice recruitment methodologies, use of psychometric tools, recruitment of diverse candidates, data analysis and reporting, research, or training would be highly regarded.
