The Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our State Government client for an initial contract until December 2025 with a potential to extend. This role will provide vital administrative and system support to a central change team, ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently during a large-scale project.
Responsibilities
- Maintain vacancy tracking spreadsheets by recording applications, interview progress, and notifications
- Collate and store applications, shortlisting documentation, and interview reports
- Provide pre-defined communications to applicants and recruitment panels.
- Schedule and book interviews for applicants and panels
About You
- Background in State Government and/or change environments preferred
- Proficiency in SharePoint and Office 365
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Demonstrated experience in a service support or recruitment administration role
