As a Process Improvement Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of driving a culture of continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service experiences.

In this role, you'll have the chance to:

• Lead the charge in driving positive change and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Improve the experiences of both customers and employees by delivering sustainable outcomes.
• Work on various projects, big and small, using a blended toolkit that incorporates design and service improvement techniques such as UX design, Lean, Six Sigma, and more.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and advocate for the value of Service Improvement methods, tools, and mindset.
• Be a part of a collaborative, energetic team that values growth and teamwork.

You're someone who loves solving problems, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative and energetic work environment.

You'll also bring:

This is a 12-month fixed-term contracts based in Melbourne CBD, with a hybrid work arrangement.
