Your role:

As Digital Business Analyst your role will include but will not be limitied to:

Work with strategic stakeholders to solutionise digital and loyalty initiatives

Analyse and optimise end-to-end customer journeys

Work closely with strategy and product teams

Support the delivery of digital solutions across web and mobile platforms

Facilitate workshops between business and technology teams

Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and testing activities in an Agile environment

Your background/skills:

As Digital Business Analyst, your background will include a mix of:

Experienced and passionate Digital Business Analyst

Previous experience working on loyalty programs, membership platforms, or customer experience initiatives

Previously delivered digital solutions (web, mobile, portals, or customer-facing platforms)

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence
