We are seeking a highly capable Business Analyst to join our client, a leading online marketplace. This role sits at the centre of digital transformation, working across cross-functional teams to deliver value in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Mapping & Improvement - Lead process mapping, value stream mapping, and process improvement initiatives to optimise marketplace operations.
• Agile & Lean Delivery - Work within an agile scrum framework, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and lean delivery.
• Change & Transformation - Support organisational change, transformation, and adoption of new ways of working.
• Facilitation & Requirements Gathering - Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements with clarity and precision.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with strategy, commercial, product, analytics, and governance teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Marketplace Rollout - Contribute to the design, governance, and rollout of marketplace functionality in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

About You

• Experienced in business analysis within digital or technology environments.
• Skilled in facilitation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of marketplace models and cross-functional operations.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile/lean environments.
• Able to manage ambiguity, change, and transformation with resilience.
