As our brand continues to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our Customer Service Team.

This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Ashmore showroom and head office. We’re seeking someone who is both meticulous and personable, someone who thrives on precision while bringing warmth and professionalism to every client interaction. This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their career who is eager to learn, open to mentoring, and looking to grow into a long-term position with increasing responsibility.

What you’ll be doing

Answering and directing incoming phone calls with care and professionalism

Preparing and sending quotes and sales orders

Checking stock availability and updating clients on ETAs, product delays, and dispatches

Assisting Account Managers with day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks

Processing trade applications and setting up new client accounts in Cin7 & Shopify

Using Cin7 for inventory, order management, quotes, payments, and dispatches

Supporting general office administration to keep the space running smoothly

Who we’re looking for

A genuine, friendly person who enjoys creating meaningful client connections

Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

Confident in building rapport with customers and handling multiple priorities at once

A proactive team player who takes pride in their work and surroundings

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new systems

Experience with Cin7 and Shopify is highly regarded (but not essential)

Previous experience in administration or customer service (preferred)

An interest in interiors, design, and styling is a bonus
