Sparrow Insurance is a boutique, niche insurance group with a nationwide reputation for going the extra mile for their clients and being a leader in the cosmetic & beauty industry.

Due to our fabulous growth, we are looking for another, dedicated individual to join our Client Care team as one of our valued brokers. In this role, you will cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients, managing a significant portfolio. You will assess insurable risks, design tailored insurance solutions and provide end to end care for your client portfolio, including new business, renewals, quotes and endorsements.

Success in this position requires the following:

Tier 1 (Insurance Broking) qualification is essential with experience in the Insurance industry.

Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for providing exceptional client care. You will ensure every policy decision aligns with compliance standards and provides clients with the most appropriate coverage.

Foster meaningful relationships with our underwriting partners.

Clear and effective communication skills and you enjoy being part of a cohesive team.

Experience in insurance software such as Winbeat, Sunrise, Insight etc. would be an advantage.

Key to this role is strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the commitment to deliver a positive experience for all clients.

This role is a full-time office-based position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday between 8:00am- 4:30pm. No weekend work is required.
