About You
You’re someone who values growth, learning, and client-focused solutions. Whether you’re an experienced Account Executive or you’re looking to take the next step in your career as an Account Broker, you bring a consultative approach to your work. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy building strong relationships with clients. Your New Role
As an Account Executive, you will be at the heart of the business, driving key client relationships while assisting with new business development and managing client portfolios. You will collaborate with our Senior Account Managers and broking team to offer expert advice and support. Your work will have a direct impact on client satisfaction and business growth, while allowing you to grow within a progressive and supportive team.
The salary band for an Account Executive role is $85,000 -$100,000 plus a bonus and superannuation.
As an Account Broker you will play a critical support role within the broking team, assisting Account Executives and Senior Account Managers in delivering exceptional client outcomes. Your day will be focused on processing new business, renewals, and endorsements, as well as maintaining accurate client documentation and systems. This role is designed for someone looking to strengthen their technical broking knowledge and build a pathway toward more client-facing responsibilities over time.
The salary band for an Account Broker role is $65,000 -$85,000 plus a bonus and superannuation.
Role Requirements
Account Executive
Proven experience in insurance broking, ideally 2-3 years working with SME or commercial clients.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate.
Problem-solving mindset, able to offer tailored solutions to complex client needs.
Proficiency with MS Office and insurance software (INSIGHT, Officetech).
Tier 2 qualification mandatory (Tier 1 Insurance Broking preferred).
Desire to grow professionally, with a clear interest in continuing education and development.
Account Broker
Proven experience in financial services or insurance ( broking experience highly regarded), ideally for 1-2 years working with SME or commercial clients.
Tier 2 Insurance Broking qualification mandatory (working towards Tier 1 desirable).
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in processing.
Proficiency with MS Office and insurance software (INSIGHT, Officetech).
A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and support the team.
