The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker with a minimum of 3 years in the industry. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven professional to manage a portfolio of clients while also building their own pipeline. The package includes a base salary of $100,000-$120,000 + Super, along with an uncapped bonus structure offering a realistic OTE of $50,000+ on top of base.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, retain, and grow an assigned client portfolio across multiple insurance lines

Self-generate leads as well as convert incoming enquiries into new business

Build strong client, insurer, and underwriter relationships

Provide expert advice on coverage, premiums, policy terms, and claims support

Negotiate with insurers to secure the best outcomes for clients

Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards

Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years' experience as an Insurance Broker (or similar role)

Proven success in closing deals and self-generating business leads

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Highly self-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets

Outgoing, professional, and commercially astute, with a client-first mindset

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a high-energy team
