About the Role

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. You'll manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial clients while also developing new business opportunities.

This is a client-facing role where your ability to build relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and provide outstanding service will be key to your success.

Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage a diverse portfolio of general insurance clients, with stong focus on transport, and civil

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Identify growth opportunities and design servicing strategies

Develop new business within the commercial insurance segment

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business

Handle claims and ensure smooth resolution

Meet renewal and new business targets

What You'll Bring

Tier 1 / Diploma in Insurance Broking

Minimum 3 years' experience in General Insurance broking

Proficiency in Sunrise and Winbeat software

Experience with either Sunrise or Winbeat broking software or similar required

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Genuine empathy and a client-first mindset
