As Secretary Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Clubs day-to-day operations and long term-planning. Reporting directly to the Board, you'll lead a dedicated team, ensure regulatory compliance, and help position the Club as a thriving, member focused venue.
A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience is required for this position.
A proven history of Club or Hotel experience is a must.
Key responsibilities:
Fulfil Club Secretary duties and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Provide high level support and advice to Board.
Manage financial performance, budgeting and revenue growth opportunities.
Implement and evolve the Club's strategic and operational plans.
Lead and grow Club membership and engagement initiatives.
Foster a culture of excellence and accountability among staff.
Monitor performance standards and ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
Required skills and Qualifications:
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling
Candidates must have current RSA and ARCG certifications at the time of application.
