About the Role

This isn't your average desk job. We're looking for a leader who shares our energy for helping people get better, faster! As the VIC Workplace Health Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission, providing hands-on care as a physiotherapist and strategic direction to our tribe of eight talented physiotherapists in Victoria.

Every day, you and our team will be out in the field, using your exceptional communication skills to build rapport with workers and your outstanding clinical skills to deliver evidence-based manual therapy. You'll apply your sharp clinical reasoning to achieve win-win outcomes for both workers and their employers. It’s all about making a tangible difference in people's lives—and doing it with a smile!

But this role is more than just helping workers. You'll be the driving force behind the success of our Victorian tribe. This means mentoring and developing your tribe, setting the strategic direction for the region, and ensuring we continue to provide exceptional service to our valued partners.
