- Own key projects and step in for the Allied Health Manager when needed

You're our ideal candidate if you have:
✓ Bachelor/Masters in Speech Pathology + current professional registration
✓ 5+ years community-based practice with proven leadership experience
✓ Strong operational mindset: scheduling, quality improvement, risk management
✓ Current WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, driver's license & reliable vehicle
