The Role

Reporting directly to the CIO, the Senior Head of Investment Managers will oversee Kingsmen’s capital-raising team while also delivering significant inflows personally.

You will be required to raise a minimum of $120M annually through your own investor networks while setting performance targets for your Investment Managers and ensuring they are consistently achieved. This role blends personal production with strategic leadership, making you second-in-command to the CIO.

Key Responsibilities

Personally raise a minimum of $120M annually from wholesale, family office, and UHNW investors

Lead, mentor, and manage the Investment Managers across AU & NZ

Set, monitor, and drive KPIs for the investment management team

Implement investor engagement strategies aligned with CIO directives and fund mandates

Provide performance reporting and oversight directly to the CIO

Contribute to overall fund growth strategy and investor positioning

Requirements

10+ years in capital raising, investor relations, or wholesale funds distribution

Proven track record of raising $100M+ annually into wholesale or private funds

Strong leadership experience in managing investor-facing teams

Established networks across wholesale, family office, and UHNW markets (essential)

Deep understanding of private credit, property finance, and wholesale investment structures

Strategic thinker with high credibility and execution ability
