About the Funds

Kingsmen Capital Partners is launching a suite of three wholesale commercial funds in the coming weeks, providing investors with access to diverse strategies across private credit:

First Mortgage Fund – conservative, secured income (≤70% LVR)
High Yield Fund – second mortgages and mezzanine lending (≤85% LVR)
Opportunities Fund – bespoke, higher-return wholesale strategies

Our funds are backed by one of Australasia’s most active private capital brokerages, where brokers consistently close $100M+ annually. With fund capital in place, we are positioned to scale rapidly.

The Role

We are seeking Investment Managers with a sole focus on capital raising.

You will leverage your established wholesale investor networks — including family offices, UHNWIs, syndicates, and private wealth managers — to secure commitments across the three funds.

This is a pure capital-raising mandate: no borrower origination, no deal structuring. Your performance will be measured by the capital you attract and the strength of investor relationships you manage.

Key Responsibilities

Actively raise capital into the First Mortgage, High Yield, and Opportunities Funds

Cultivate and manage relationships with wholesale investors, family offices, UHNWIs, and private wealth networks

Present Kingsmen’s platform and investment strategies with clarity and credibility

Deliver on aggressive capital-raising targets, scaling towards nine-figure inflows annually

Provide ongoing investor communication, reporting, and relationship management

Requirements

5+ years’ experience in capital raising, investor relations, or wholesale funds distribution

Proven track record of securing large-scale investor commitments into private funds or private credit vehicles

Active investor networks across wholesale, family office, and UHNW markets (essential)

Strong understanding of wholesale investment markets and fund distribution dynamics

Commercially astute, entrepreneurial, and relentless in pursuit of results
