The Role

We are seeking a highly credible Chair or Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead the investment division of Kingsmen Capital Partners.

This senior appointment requires a proven fund leader with a successful track record in wholesale and institutional capital raising, combined with deep knowledge of private credit and commercial finance. You will be responsible for governance, investment oversight, and capital-raising leadership across the three funds, ensuring Kingsmen is positioned as a trusted platform for sophisticated investors.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership, governance, and oversight across Kingsmen’s funds

Cultivate and manage wholesale, family office, and institutional investor relationships

Position the three funds credibly across varied investor appetites and mandates

Drive capital inflows and align them with deployment strategies

Oversee fund mandates, compliance, and portfolio performance

Represent Kingsmen with authority at the highest levels with investors, partners, and regulators

Requirements

10+ years in fund management, investment banking, or institutional capital markets

Proven track record of raising and managing wholesale or institutional funds

Strong and active investor relationships across wholesale, family office, and institutional markets

Deep knowledge of private credit, property finance, and wholesale investment structures

Recognised reputation and credibility in the Australian investment market

Leadership presence capable of inspiring investor confidence and institutional trust
