We are currently working with a well established and well respect national company that has been leading the supply of Passive Fire Protection products across Australia. The company is renowned for their leading products which range from Fire Seals, Smoke Dampeners, Fire Sprays and Intumescent Coatings through to their technical installation and certification. As they can provide a complete end to end solution for their clients, the business has become one of the prominent suppliers of turn key capability in this industry.

The Role

The business is currently in the process of an internal promotion, which is opening a full time permanent position for a solutions focused and motivated Business Development Manager to look after a busy and large Melbourne territory. Within your territory, you will focus within markets such as the industrial, building, commercial, infrastructure and even bushfire protection space. Using your pre existing product knowledge and industry knowledge, you will work closely with your client to provide turn key solutions and also consistently search for new business.

About You

This role will suit someone who has a strong understanding of Passive Fire Protection products and has experience within sales of these within both a transactional and a turn key solution nature. You will be self reliant and able to manage your own territory, whilst being confident to hunt new sales opportunities.

We are also looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about the industry and gets a genuine thrill out of hunting new business but also providing a solution sale that actually has an impact.

On Offer

Base Salary of $110k - $125k

Super at 12%

Fully maintained Company Vehicle or Car Allowance
