The Role

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tenders for building projects
• Analyse drawings, specifications and consultant documentation.
• Source, review and negotiate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop trade breakdowns, BOQs and first-principles estimates.
• Contribute to bid strategies and competitive tendering processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual standards.

The Criteria

• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
• Minimum 3 years' estimating experience in commercial projects in Australia
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office
• Ability to manage deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
