ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be assessing, estimating and supervising for residential insurance repair building projects in the Gold Coast region as part of a well-supported local team. The work is predominantly BAU and event work.

There is 1 day per week based out of the office, and the rest of the week is on-the-road/site-based.

Insurance repairs is characteristically fast paced and demanding, however their team is very well-staffed, ensuring ample support.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Starting salary $85,000 - $110,000 + super + fully maintained vehicle (insurance industry experience dependent).

ABOUT YOU

Prior insurance repair building experience preferred but not mandatory.

Supervising and Estimating experience preferred but not mandatory.

Open to Carpenters and Leading Hands with residential, strata or maintenance and repair exposure, looking to take the next step in their careers.

Computer confident.

Trade Certificate preferred (Carpentry preferred)

QBCC Supervisor's License mandatory (or ability to obtain within 8 weeks of starting the position)

Well-presented and professional - ability to deal well with customers and trades.

Current drivers license.

Able to commit to the role long-term and willingness to grow with the company.
