About the role

We are looking for a qualified Excavator Operator & Truck Driver to join our growing team. This dual-role position requires someone who can competently operate construction machinery (such as excavators and skid steers) and drive HR trucks to transport equipment and materials to various job sites across NSW.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a solid background in construction or civil works and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery including excavators, skid steers, and related equipment on-site

Safely transport machinery, tools, and materials to and from job sites using company HR trucks

Perform routine checks and maintenance on machinery and vehicles

Assist with foundational work such as screw piling, excavation, and concreting

Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard

Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and follow all site safety protocols

Accurately complete vehicle and equipment logs as required

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience operating earthmoving machinery

Current HR truck licence (required)

VOC Excavator licence (required)

White Card (required)

Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour when needed

Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong work ethic

Able to work independently and follow site plans/instructions

Basic mechanical knowledge and care for equipment and vehicles

Willingness to travel to different project sites across NSW
