About the role

This is a part-time(3-4 days /week) Medical Receptionist position located in Rockingham, WA 6168. As a Medical Receptionist at South Coast Gynaecology, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling appointments and managing the practice's calendar

Handling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service

Maintaining accurate patient records and updating electronic medical records

Assisting with outpatient and Eclipse billing and insurance-related tasks

Performing general administrative duties to support the medical team

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a specialist medical practice( Ideally surgical related )

Proficiency in using Genie software (>2 year experience)

Minimum of 3+ years experience as a medical receptionist +/-secretarial experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, clinicians, and colleagues

Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks efficiently

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate patient records

A friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanour to provide a positive patient experience

Australian work rights and reliable transport are required for this position
