We are seeking a motivated and experienced Financial Adviser (preferably with an existing book of clients) to join our dynamic team. You’ll work alongside our in-house mortgage and finance brokers to service a warm database of clients from a $350m–$400m loan book, with the opportunity to grow your client base further through ongoing referrals and strategic partnerships. We also have numerous accountancy relationships that are established & require the right individual to create a mutually beneficial working relationship.

Ideal Candidate:

A qualified Financial Adviser (minimum: approved Bachelor's degree or Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning)

Current authorisation under an AFSL and listed on the Financial Advisers Register (FAR)

Completed the Financial Adviser Exam (ASIC requirement)

Experience using Xplan, Risk Researcher, WealthSolver, and other industry-standard financial planning tools

Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine client-first approach

Self-starter with a commercial mindset and commitment to ethical advice

Preferably, an adviser with an existing book of clients looking to scale within a broader advisory ecosystem

Self-motivated and business-minded with the ability to hit the ground running with existing warm leads from our extensive network

An opportunity for a successful individual to move into a mentor/leadership role as the business grows
