An established financial planning firm in Greensborough has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Adviser to step into a thriving practice. You will inherit an existing portfolio of clients while also benefiting from a strong flow of quality referrals through a well-structured partnership with the accounting arm. This role offers both stability and scope to grow, with clients seeking advice across retirement planning, superannuation, investments, insurance, SMSFs and estate planning.

Key responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive advice across superannuation, retirement, investments, insurance, SMSFs and estate planning

Ensure all advice complies with legislative and AFSL requirements

Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships

Work closely with the accounting team to onboard and support new clients

About you:

Minimum 3 years’ experience providing face-to-face financial advice

FASEA (or equivalent regulatory) compliant

Strong technical knowledge with a detail-focused approach to compliance

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Collaborative and client-focused, with a drive to achieve strong outcomes
