You’ll step into a client-facing role from day one, managing a book of sophisticated clients while developing new opportunities through referrals.

What You’ll Do

Meet with HNW clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored strategies

Provide holistic advice across investments, superannuation, retirement, and wealth creation

Build new opportunities through referrals, networking, and business development

Work alongside paraplanners, client service staff, and accountants to deliver seamless client outcomes

What We’re Looking For

FASEA compliant

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser

Relevant degree qualifications in Financial Planning (or equivalent)

Proven track record advising HNW clients

Strong relationship-building and business development skills

Technically competent across structures, tax strategy, SMSFs, and portfolio construction

Clear communicator with a proactive, results-driven approach
