The Role
This is a true front-line Adviser position where you’ll be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of sophisticated clients. You’ll be client-facing from day one, meeting with HNW and UHNW clients, uncovering their needs, and designing strategies that help them achieve their goals. You’ll also play a key role in driving business growth by building new relationships and leveraging referral networks.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and growing a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients

Conducting client meetings, fact-finds, and strategy presentations

Providing holistic financial advice across investments, super, wealth creation, and retirement planning

Proactively generating new opportunities through referrals, networking, and business development

Partnering with paraplanners and client services to ensure seamless delivery of advice

About You
You’ll be commercially minded, driven, and thrive in a client-facing role where relationship building and sales go hand in hand. This role will suit an Adviser who enjoys hunting new opportunities as much as nurturing existing relationships.

To be successful, you’ll need:

Relevant degree qualifications in Financial Planning (or equivalent)

Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser

Proven track record working with HNW and UHNW clients

Strong business development skills with a sales-focused mindset

Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills

A proactive, driven, and results-oriented approach
