The Company
My client is an established Insurance Builder servicing Queensland and New South Wales. With over a decade of experience supporting homeowners, property managers, and businesses they can guarantee a strong pipeline of work.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a trade qualified Site Supervisor with at least 5 years construction experience to manage internal teams and project delivery.

The role

• Lead team members and internal trades
• Manage KPI's, quality assurance and client SLA's
• Oversee the construction portfolio
• Monitor construction programs and project delivery
• Liaise with all stakeholders and provide updates
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff/trades

The Right Person

• 5+ years on site supervising experience
• QBCC qualified
• Strong IT, admin, reporting and communication skills
• Sound understanding of building codes and safety legalisation
• Experience with Prime Ecosystem is a bonus
• Insurance building experience
• A people person!

The Rewards

• Up to $130k + Super + Car depending on experience
