How will you contribute?
In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving growth by expanding market share and securing new projects. With national scope and a particular focus on Queensland, you’ll build strong relationships with customers and prospects, identifying opportunities and positioning solutions to deliver results. What do you need?
Must have:
- 5+ years of sales experience with a strong track record
- Proven ability to win new business and take a structured approach to sales pipeline management
- Hunger for results, adaptability, and resilience
- Technical aptitude to understand engineered solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, disciplined, and confident using CRM tools
- Commercial acumen and strategic mindset
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Willingness to travel
