Site Supervisor – Investment Homebuilder | Logan to Ipswich, QLD

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee 20–25 residential projects concurrently, from groundworks through to handover
• Ensure exceptional standards of quality and performance across all subcontractors and trades
• No direct client contact — site-focused delivery and coordination with internal teams and subcontractors
• Uphold strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance on every site
• Drive schedules and budgets to achieve on-time, on-cost outcomes

What we’re looking for

Education: Cert IV in Building & Construction (or related degree preferred)
Licensing:QBCC Supervision Licence (essential)

Experience:

• Trade background in carpentry or bricklaying highly valued
• At least 3 years’ supervisory experience with a stable career history

Personal Qualities:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and professional presentation
• Proven commitment to safety and quality standards
