The firm is in an exciting growth phase and isseeking a Senior Accountant/Manager who is looking to step up, lead a team, and contribute to the bigger picture.

About the role:

As a Senior Accountant/Manager, you’ll:

Lead and mentor a team of accountants and administrators.

Manage a portfolio of SME clients, providing end-to-end tax and compliance services.

Deliver high-level business advisory solutions, including structuring, cash flow, and growth strategies.

Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.

Oversee workflow, ensure compliance with Australian tax legislation, and maintain quality control.

Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction as part of the leadership team.

About You

This firm is looking for someone who brings more than technical skills. You will:

Be CPA/CA qualified (or equivalent) with 5+ years’ experience in public practice.

Have proven experience managing staff and client relationships.

Be confident in Xero and related cloud-based tools.

Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Have a proactive mindset and the ability to think strategically.

Be passionate about delivering results and helping clients succeed.
