Remedial Site Manager /Supervisor – Roof Replacement and Waterproofing.

Site Manager / Foreman / Supervisor required for a Roof Replacement Project in a Class 2- high rise Occupied Apartment block in the Penrith area.

Well known Roofing Replacement / Remedial / Waterproofing Contractor.

Our client is a highly regarded Glass / Façade Rejuvenation / Cladding replacement / Curtain walling / Remedial Building Solutions Contractor who have been trading profitably in NSW / ACT / SA and Qld for over one hundred years.

They now employ over 150 Construction Professionals in their Sydney office who work across several industry sectors. (Commercial / Remedial / Insurance / Design and Build).

They have recently secured another complex project from a repeat client.

The project is based in the Penrith area of Sydney, and it involves the replacement of roofs plus some waterproofing etc in three occupied high apartment blocks (Class 2) - all within time, cost, and quality.

They will commence on site in late October 2025, and the project will run for at least twelve months or so.
My client is interviewing NOW and are ready to hire a Site Manager /Site Supervisor /Site Foreman who has experience in delivering projects such as the above.

Reporting to a visiting Project Manager the person we are looking for will have:

1. Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
2. At least three to five years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in Roof Replacement Projects / Flammable Cladding replacements / Building Diagnostics / Asset management maintenance. (IE Glass façade replacements / Concrete repairs / Waterproofing / resin Injections/ Project Remediate Programme etc
3. Ability to collaborate in a calm and professional manner with all parties – e.g. Strata managers / Tenants / Consultants / Local authorities / subcontractors / suppliers etc.,
4. Outstanding Oral and written communication skills as you will be dealing with the clients directly.
5. Up to date knowledge across a wide range of products and services used in concrete repair, waterproofing, Joints and structural crack repairs, grouting, façade rejuvenation etc.
6. Checkable references.
7. Ability to pass a preemployment medical.
8. Ability to obtain a clean police check.
9. A Current first aid certificate + EWP ticket + a good safety record are all essential.
10. Experience in Procore /Hammertech etc would be advantageous.
