About the role

Are you passionate about people and making a difference? As our Coordinator People and Culture, you'll have a real impact in creating a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing workplace across the City.

In this role, you'll partner closely with the Manager People and Culture to drive initiatives that spark employee engagement, shape a vibrant workplace culture, and support organisational goals. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that covers a wide range of HR functions, including:

  • Employee relations and performance management
  • Recruitment and retention strategies
  • Learning and development coordination
  • Policy development and implementation
  • Workforce planning and HR reporting


Who we are Looking for:

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • Qualifications preferred in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • Proven HR experience in a similar or senior advisory/coordinator role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and contemporary HR practices
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation
