Add Electrical is an established electrical contractor working on Commercial, Industrial and mining Projects.

With numerous projects underway, we are seeking a Project Coordinator with construction experience to coordinate multiple small to medium size projects.

This role is well suited to a candidate that has good site supervision experience with at least some exposure to estimation, scheduling design or procurement and wants to develop down a project management pathway.

You will work alongside the general manger and have involvement in projects from bid preparation through the execution phases to handing over to client upon completion.

Typically you will coordinate small site teams of between 2 -6.

Flexible days/hours is an option for the right person. Once you are confident in the role you will be autonomous being responsible for managing your own time and location.

Working the General Manager , your responsibilities will include a hands on involvement including but not limited to:

· Communicating clearly with clients, team members and suppliers.

· Ensure project schedules are tracked and communicated.

· Schedule and manage project resources.

· Ensure procurement is efficient and aligned to schedule.

· Ensure project documentation is followed and controlled.

· Track and record RFI, variations & project changes.

· Work with the electrical team to ensure work is completed on time and to the highest possible quality.

· Assist in design and drawing review.

· Regularly attend site to support site team and verify compliance.

· Attend site meetings with client, network operator and sub contractors.

· Strong computing skills- particularly Microsoft office suite

· Ability to solve problems and plan ahead.

· Western Australian A grade Electrical License.
