Position Details:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (No weekends)

Role: This multifaceted role encompasses various aspects of property management, including but not limited to:

Engaging with stakeholders such as tenants, property owners, and contractors

Maintaining meticulous communication records

Conducting market reviews and updating lease records

Coordinating ingoing, routine, and outgoing property reports

Keeping comprehensive maintenance records

Managing daily arrears processes

Delivering exceptional communication to all clients

Conducting property showings

Skills & Requirements:

Must have proven experience in Property Management

Minimum 1-2 years of property management experience required

Current QLD Salesperson Registration Essential

Exceptional time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills

Keen attention to detail

Outstanding customer service and communication abilities

Professional and polished presentation

Possession of a valid QLD driver's license

Australian work rights are essential for this position
