Key Account Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead and grow strategic client relationships across our workforce and payroll solutions portfolio. Acting as the trusted partner for key accounts, you will ensure seamless service delivery, drive account growth, and collaborate across internal teams to deliver client value.
This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship skills, and a passion for delivering service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Act as the primary escalation point for service delivery, invoicing, and contractor experience.
- Lead account reviews, manage RAID items, and drive continuous service improvement.
- Partner with delivery, operations, payroll, and finance to ensure seamless outcomes.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with third-party providers and represent the organisation externally.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in account management or client service roles within professional services, workforce solutions, or related industries.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills in complex client environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of contingent workforce engagement and payroll services highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, or Commerce (desirable).
