With a strong pipeline of Canberra and Sydney projects already underway, you won't be starting from scratch; you'll be shaping the next stage of growth!

What you'll be doing (and why you'll love it)

• Leading a 50/50 mix of urban design and landscape projects, no two days will feel the same
• Acting as the face of projects, working directly with clients to set and drive design direction
• Collaborating within mid-sized project teams that include junior and mid-level support, alongside two other senior design leads
• Contributing to a culture where creativity, relationships, and design excellence come first

Is this you?

• 7+ years' experience in urban design with a strong portfolio of project delivery
• Confident in client liaison and front-end design leadership as well as business development
• Value autonomy, you prefer leading by design rather than heavy team management
• Comfortable with software such as Vectorworks (ideal) or AutoCAD
