About the Role: You'll manage a very diverse range of planning projects across NSW, Queensland, and Victoria, including:

End-to-end development application management (review, coordination, preparation, assessment).

Feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for infrastructure.

Unique opportunities in Land & Environment Court cases, liquor licensing, property reviews, statutory and strategic planning advice.

Who We're Looking For: A skilled planner with excellent communication, writing, negotiation, client liaison and conflict-resolution abilities. You're a results-oriented professional who consistently delivers high-quality work on time. Familiarity with local and NSW government planning legislation is highly desirable.

Requirements:

Degree in Town Planning/Urban Planning or equivalent.

Work-Life Balance: Enjoy true flexibility with options to work from our Surry Hills or Frenchs Forest offices, plus up to two days per week from home.
