Murphy’s Quality Butchery is a family-run business renowned for our commitment to quality products and exceptional customer service. We're currently seeking a Qualified Butcher to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential for permanent.

This role will involve working across our three Central Coast locations: Lisarow, Chittaway Bay, and Wyong, so flexibility and reliable transport are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service with a professional and friendly manner

Prepare and present meat products to a consistent, high standard

Operate the point of sale system and manage cash handling accurately

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety guidelines

Follow daily opening and closing procedures

Assist with deliveries (manual driver’s licence preferred but not essential

About You:

Genuine interest and enthusiasm for butchery and quality food

Previous experience in a butchery, retail, or food service environment

Strong personal presentation and effective communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Positive attitude, flexible approach, and strong work ethic

Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations

Fully qualified preferred, but we are open to apprentices or partially qualified applicants
