M & A Butchery is an award-winning, family-owned butcher shop known for quality meats, expert craftsmanship, and exceptional service. We're seeking an experienced, motivated butcher to join our skilled team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Breaking down whole carcasses into retail-ready cuts (beef, lamb, pork, poultry)

Creating value-added products such as sausages and marinated cuts

Ensuring cleanliness and food safety throughout all prep and display areas

Assisting with counter service, customer inquiries, and meat selection advice

Helping maintain stock levels, ordering, and display preparation

What we’re looking for:

2+ years of hands-on butchery experience

Strong knife and bandsaw skills

Knowledge of meat hygiene and safety standards

Friendly, hardworking attitude and team player mindset

Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in your craft
